ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Devise and execute a sales strategy to achieve the target of 1 billion in sales by end of 2026. Oversee a cross-functional team of sales and marketing to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Managing Director to align sales strategies with the company’s long-term vision. Track and manage weekly and monthly sales targets vs. actual performance, providing real-time adjustments. Maintain a sales pricelist ensuring a 40% profit margin across all product lines. Identify and focus on the most profitable items to maximize revenue. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and new growth opportunities. Identify and pursue new market prospects, partnerships, and innovations for business expansion. Analyze customer feedback and competitor activities to refine strategies and stay competitive. Recruit, train, and mentor the Sales Executives, Interior Designers, and Project Managers. Set clear sales targets and KPIs for team members and provide regular performance evaluations. Review current incentive programs and recommend changes where necessary to drive higher performance. Develop a comprehensive sales training schedule for 2025 to enhance team skills as per identified skills gaps. Optimize the sales process by improving cold call success rates and monitoring daily income received with a monthly accumulation chart. Track the daily value of opportunities vs. closing rates to maintain a realistic, healthy sales pipeline. Streamline the sales process from lead generation to closing deals for efficiency and better conversion rates. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty. Collaborate with the Marketing department to enhance the company’s digital marketing and online presence. Work with Production, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations and an excellent customer experience. Prepare and analyze costing vs. project reports, ensuring alignment with sales goals and project budgets. Track key sales metrics and generate reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in sales activities. Promote continuous improvement by refining sales processes, customer service, and overall efficiency. Foster a positive and results-driven environment within the sales team, motivating them through tailored incentives and recognition. Any other duties as assigned. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams. Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics, and reporting tools. Experience in digital marketing and enhancing online sales. Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen. Strong data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A passion for motivating teams and driving sales results.
