Key responsibilities: Process factory orders in accordance with the order placement SOP. Arrange for the shipment of orders to customers once production is complete and all necessary checks have been complied with. Identify the needs of the customer and help them identify a solution. Act as the point of contact for clients who need to place orders. Other roles: Be aware of the customs requirements specific to the client’s country. Keep all company records up to date. Ability to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Requirement: Bachelors’ degree in Supply Chain Management from a recognized University. 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. Fluency in French or Portuguese speaking will be an added advantage. Technical experience or ability to quickly understand product components. Reside in Mombasa as the company is based in Mombasa. Able to operate in a performance driven organization.
