The Banqueting Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of events, banquets, and functions within the hotel. Responsible for making sure the planned event is delivered flawlessly from start to finish, providing an excellent experience for all guests. Core duties include directing, training, and motivating banquet staff; overseeing event setup, service, and breakdown; serving as main client contact; liaising with other departments; monitoring health and safety regulations; managing inventory; planning and executing MICE events; supervising and training staff; working with clients; ensuring smooth event operations; handling client inquiries; maintaining records; assisting in marketing; and ensuring compliance with regulations.
